One of the few standardized extra virgin olive oils left in the world produced with modernized millstones and presses, Biolea Astrikas Estate is a unique extra virgin olive oil produced from Koroneiki variety olives trees with over 6 generations of organic and arid farming. It is certified annually for Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), Health Claim for olive oil in accordance with European Regulation 432/2012 (L 136/25.05.2012), organic certification with BioHellas since 1993 and ISO 22000 food safety certification with TUV HELLAS. It is characterized by a unique fruitiness, notes of tomato, nuts and wild herbs and with a pleasant spicy aftertaste.
